JOB RELATIONSHIPS
- Responsible to the Clinical Director. Reports to RN for shift supervision. Supervises other LPN’s and unlicenced personnel as delegated by the Charge RN.

DEFINITION OF POSITION
- The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and in the context of the Nursing Practice Act, State of North Carolina.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional
- Current license to practice as an LPN in North Carolina.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
