We're seeking enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our production crew, PART-TIME! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, wants to learn the nursery trade from the ground up, and takes pride in producing quality plants. Whether you're starting a career in horticulture or looking for meaningful seasonal work with potential to grow into a full-time position, we want to hear from you.

Must-Haves:

• Genuine interest in plants and eagerness to learn horticulture
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive and self-directed
• Be able to commit to a regular part-time schedule
• Physical fitness to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for 4-hour periods, and work on ladders up to 10 feet
• Ability to operate manual transmission tractors (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after-hours when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass drug screening and post-offer physical assessment

This is an active, outdoor role requiring:

• Lifting, carrying, kneeling, stooping, squatting, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout the day
• Exposure to heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice
• Work around horticultural chemicals with proper PPE (respirators, protective suits, gloves, boots provided)
• Close vision, color vision, and depth perception for plant identification and quality control
