Security Operations Manager

Nation Security is a leading organization in Security Guard Services, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team and lead our security operations to the next level.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and assess security operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate and oversee security-related activities, including surveillance, access control, and incident response.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with security technologies, trends, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus
