About This Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Senior Attorney to join our client's Litigation Business Unit in California. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex litigation cases and will be based in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days of onsite work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with their objectives
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense work
- Demonstrated experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Proficiency with e-discovery tools and litigation technology
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
