Join Our Team:
Join our team as an experienced Foundation Foreman in Mobile, Alabama! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion in foundation repair, particularly piering, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise field crews on foundation repair and piering projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely completion.
Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, including jackhammers and excavating equipment
Perform physical labor as needed, including trench digging, brace setting for excavation support, and job site cleanup after project completion.
Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, as part of installation and repair tasks.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on-site.
Ensure company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and company standards.
Deliver exceptional service and professionalism to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track productivity, and ensure budget goals are met.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience in foundation repair and pier installation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
Servant-leader mindset with strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.
Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by company.
Associate's or bachelor’s degree in construction management or business preferred.
