Responsibilities:

• Take a 2 day class and study to get licensed in Life Insurance which we pay for
• Attend weekly conference calls and weekly trainings
• Assist with the expansion of the team
• Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business
• Finding clients to have under you while also trying to build your team
• Help train, coach, and develop other partners in the business

Qualifications:

• No degree or prior experienced needed.
• Must be 18+
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Hard working
• Must pass background check
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
