About This Position

  • Ensuring that all employees are trained in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Creating lesson plans for each training session and teaching sessions on topics such as conflict resolution or stress management
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for new employees in conjunction with human resources staff
  • Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals, and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner
  • Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement
  • Scheduling and overseeing classroom instruction by instructors
  • Developing curriculums for new classes or updates to existing ones
  • Maintaining attendance records during training sessions to ensure that all employees attend
  • Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules
  • Must Travel
  • Must Have Reliable Transportation
