We are currently looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager in India.As a Salesforce Platform Manager, you will own and optimize the end-to-end revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, NetSuite, and other key integrations. You will ensure that lead-to-cash processes are accurate, scalable, and trusted across the business, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate efficiently. This role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic oversight, including system architecture, process design, and automation. You will drive data integrity, maintain integrations, and deliver insights through dashboards and reporting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will standardize workflows, enforce governance, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact revenue operations and the ability of the organization to scale successfully in a high-growth environment.Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, NetSuite, and related integrations.
  • Configure and maintain lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and order-to-cash workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient processes.
  • Design, manage, and optimize HubSpotSalesforce integrations for lead management, segmentation, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Oversee SalesforceNetSuite integration, synchronizing customer, order, invoice, and revenue data.
  • Build and maintain advanced automation using Salesforce Flow, CPQ rules, and middleware/iPaaS tools.
  • Enable teams with accurate pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting; provide dashboards and insights for leadership.
  • Establish governance, release management, testing, and documentation standards for revenue systems.
  • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues within the revenue technology stack.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ownership of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, including workflow design and automation.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot, NetSuite, and other revenue systems.
  • Deep understanding of lead management, segmentation, attribution, and revenue operations processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, CPQ rules, and complex automation strategies.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
