Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing distributed teams and international contractors.
• Strong technical intuition for high-level system architecture and decision-making.
• Engagement in tech and cannabis communities to understand industry dynamics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and automation tooling.
• Background in startups or scale-ups, with experience building engineering orgs.
• Expertise in organizational design and people development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on accountability.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and utilize systems for operational scaling.
• Experience in cannabis, supply chain, or B2B platforms is a plus.
• Eligibility to pass a background check.
