Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Data Analyst to join our Digital Experience technology team, focusing on Product and Business Analytics that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical, data modeling, and data visualization skills to deliver actionable insights that influence the design and execution of AI-driven products and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product leaders, data & finance, and operational stakeholders to translate complex data into clear narratives that support long-term planning and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards and performance measurement tools using Power BI to monitor strategic input drivers and key business metrics.
  • Applying data modeling and scenario planning techniques to forecast trends, evaluate growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify productivity improvements and resolve complex data integrity issues, enhancing data quality and operational controls.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across business units to understand their goals, translate them into analytical frameworks, and communicate insights clearly through written reports and presentations.
  • Driving continuous process improvements by innovating with large-scale data mining tools and applying a critical, curious mindset to understand product, process, and performance dynamics.


Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors in related field and 10 plus years of experience
  • Proven expertise in Power BI and dashboard development to visualize complex data effectively and inform strategic decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data analysis tools.
  • Customer experience-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proven experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate executive-level insights/recommendations, and measure success
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product/IT, data, finance and operational teams to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), and a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving AI-strategy environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL, Python, or similar tools to support AI product evaluation and testing.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and techniques to measure and optimize AI-driven product outcomes.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to apply statistical methods to interpret results and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS Athena, Redshift, QuickSight) or data pipeline tools (e.g., Glue, Terraform) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Potential starting salary range: $107,000 - $142,000 Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
