LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our Field Operations team in Massachusetts. This full-time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.
We are looking for a licensed professional who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and compliance while delivering high-quality industrial plumbing solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational reliability for our clients facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments
Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and plumbing repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot piping systems and mechanical equipment efficiently
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and federal regulations
Conduct pressure testing and quality checks on completed systems
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and field team members
Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards
Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems and Massachusetts plumbing codes
Experience in industrial facilities (food and beverage industry experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
