LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our Field Operations team in Massachusetts. This full-time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.

We are looking for a licensed professional who prioritizes safety, efficiency, and compliance while delivering high-quality industrial plumbing solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational reliability for our clients facilities.

• Install, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments

• Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and plumbing repairs

• Diagnose and troubleshoot piping systems and mechanical equipment efficiently

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

• Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and federal regulations

• Conduct pressure testing and quality checks on completed systems

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and field team members

• Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (required)

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems and Massachusetts plumbing codes

• Experience in industrial facilities (food and beverage industry experience preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
