Application Instructions

We’re currently looking for an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our team in El Paso, TX — someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working outdoors, and knows how to lead a crew in the field.

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction has been building major infrastructure across the western U.S. for decades — from highways and bridges to rail, water systems, and large-scale earthwork. The work we do is complex, fast-moving, and requires precision at every stage.

Our survey teams play a critical role in making that happen. They’re not just collecting data — they’re helping set the foundation for every project we build.

Why Survey Professionals Choose RLW

• Work with modern equipment and technology

• Partner directly with superintendents and project teams

• See the real impact of your work on major infrastructure projects

You won’t be stuck doing the same repetitive work — every project brings new challenges, terrain, and opportunities to problem-solve.
