Service Delivery Specialist at Groove Subaru – Englewood, Colorado

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting daily service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active delivery and interaction with service clients
• Providing valet service
• Cashiering and payment processing
• Phone follow-ups with customers
• General administrative duties as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
