Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in banquet or large-scale food service settings.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary school certification or formal culinary training.
- Experience with banquet or catering operations in a hotel or event venue.
- Knowledge of multiple cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Certification in food handling or ServSafe.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
