The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

How a M365 Senior Developer will make an impact:
- Designs, documents, implements, and maintains M365 architecture and Azure platforms.
- Provides expertise in high availability, contingency planning, and automated provisioning.
- Collaborates with enterprise architecture team and other stakeholders to determine enterprise tools, technologies, and processes.
- Responsible for delivering an end-to-end M365 architecture solution across domains.
- Provides support as technical expert to assist with identifying and developing new customer opportunities. As such, answers questions, consults, and/or develops presentations for potential customers.
- Analyzes customer requirements and business demands to assess design/technology alternatives and propose solutions.
- Presents and/or facilitates technical discussions with technical SMEs as well as customers and other stakeholders.
- Development/implementation of resilient, AI and Automation technology to reduce manual workload.
- Creation of comprehensive SOPs, Deployment, and Test plans, to include flow charts and diagrams.
- Stays abreast of all new features, capabilities, and updates within Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms.
- Assists in developing and executing rollout plans for new M365 features and services, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
- Collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises services and develop migration strategies to M365 and Azure.
- Leads the implementation and configuration of M365 and Azure cloud services, adhering to best practices and security standards.
- Provides technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to M365 and Azure cloud environments.
- Monitors performance, availability, and reliability of M365 and Azure services, implementing proactive measures for continual service improvement.
- Ensures compliance with data security and governance policies in M365 and Azure environments.
- Collaborates with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud computing and M365, recommending enhancements or optimizations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Technical Training, Certification (s), or Degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Strong proficiency within all administrative areas of M365 to include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams
- Strong knowledge with conditional access policies and collaboration
- Proficiency with Data Loss Prevention Policies and Sensitive Information Types
- Proficiency with Data Lifecycle and Records Management (Retention Labels, Retention Policies)
- Proficiency with eDiscovery and Compliance Boundaries
- Proficiency with Information Protection Sensitivity Labels
- Must be a US Person (Green Card Holder/US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, US Citizen)
Required Certification:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
