Job Title: Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator
Reports to: Supply Chain Supervisor
Location: Fort Benton, MT
Compensation range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for the oversight of inventory data management, production record keeping, and order fulfillment and will work closely with the Operations, and Sales teams. This role will assemble outgoing orders and notify relative teams of order status. This role will also assist with the management of the systems and tools used to appropriately track workflow and inventory levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document incoming inventory (raw materials, packaging, equipment) and update tracking systems.
- Track and collect production data including raw material consumption and finished good creation.
- Create and process work orders using NetSuite to consume raw materials and create finished goods inventory.
- Gather and prepare inventory for outgoing shipments, including documenting quantities and lot codes.
- Assist Supply Chain Supervisor in broader Company reporting and analytics, coordinating with ERP system and developing other tools to improve efficiency.
- Monitor consumable inventory levels to ensure supplies are at necessary levels for production while working with the supply chain supervisor to implement ordering plans.
- Propose strategies to improve procedures of supply chain logistics and process optimization.
- Manage and review physical inventory counts for accuracy weekly and update inventory records accordingly.
- Track and report inventory locations including bulk raw materials and both bulk and packaged finished goods.
- Work within the goals set for inventory management and work closely with the Sales team to reduce time between order staging and pickup.
- Create documentation of inventory control and production reporting procedures.
- Work with the Quality Assurance team on inventory control measures to follow SQF standards.
- Follow and maintain internal control procedures for inventory.
- Assist with the continued development, training, utilization, and improved functionality of the Company’s Netsuite ERP system.
- Communicate between the Supply Chain team members to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Transport inventory between Company’s warehouses and order pickup locations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer competency.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP software, Netsuite preferred
- Exceptional organizational and logistics management skills with meticulous attention to detail in reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Be able to operate power operated forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
- Ability to palletize and package product in a safe manner and in accordance with food safety and other quality assurance standards.
- Ability to load and unload trucks using hand pallet jack and forklift or other equipment as needed.
- Must be able to work in warehouse environment, prolonged sitting, standing, walking and ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training a plus.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with data management and related tools.
- Experience working with Netsuite a plus.
- Must possess a valid Drivers License.
- Experience working with inventory management.
- Product and inventory management certification a plus.
