This role is a key position within a dynamic digital delivery team, focused on advancing Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices and supporting design and project delivery processes for high-profile projects. The Digital Delivery Specialist (BIM Manager) will implement and maintain BIM workflows, promote digital design standards, and provide technical guidance across multiple design teams. You will coordinate with IT, third-party vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of BIM technology, manage content libraries, and develop training programs. This position offers opportunities to influence project outcomes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation in digital design while occasionally supporting federal-level projects. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote position offering a collaborative, high-impact work environment.
Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate BIM implementation and monitor its effective use across projects and offices.
  • Manage supporting software applications for BIM and project delivery, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to resolve BIM-related issues and improve project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain BIM content libraries, standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to support BIM software, tools, and network requirements.
  • Lead BIM-related training programs, create help guides, and provide technical support for teams.
  • Review project progress regularly, providing feedback and recommending improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance digital design productivity.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years supporting design and project delivery processes in architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in BIM/3D modeling, with advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
  • Technical degree or certificate in CAD design from an accredited institution; Bachelors degree in architecture preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with leadership and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, guiding workflows, and implementing digital design standards.
  • Ability to manage project priorities and deadlines independently in a remote environment.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
