Position Summary:

Samyang America is seeking a highly organized, driven Assistant Manager of Video Production with at least 4-7 years of relevant experience, to support the continued growth of our brands, including Buldak and MEP. This role is ideal for a producer who excels at the execution of content production, and brand storytelling through viral video campaigns.

You will play a key role in supporting high-impact campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across digital, social, and experiential channels. We are seeking someone who can help bring bold ideas to life by keeping projects moving smoothly from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns for flagship products and new product launches

  • Track creative briefs, timelines, deliverables, and final assets across multiple concurrent projects

  • Coordinate with external production partners, agencies, and creators

  • Execution of campaign concepts across social, digital, retail, and experiential

  • Ensure alignment between brand objectives and partner execution throughout all stages of production

  • Represent the brand on-set during production of photo and video shoots

  • Help manage asset delivery and organization across internal teams and external partners

  • Support cross-functional communication between marketing, design, product, and social media teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in creative campaign production within a brand, agency, or production environment

  • Experience as an online video creator or working hands on with creators

  • Strong understanding of viral and social-first marketing, including influencer collaborations

  • Experience supporting influencer campaigns and creator partnerships

  • Experience with asset management

  • On-set production experience for photo and/or video shoots

  • Knowledge of POS/retail marketing, CPG packaging/design, and large-scale brand activations

  • Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Passionate about food culture, internet culture, and emerging marketing trends

  • Experience with Microsoft 360 – PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel

The base salary for this position is between $80,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
