Job Overview

iReSolve Construction Group is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with a strong carpentry background to oversee a wide range of commercial, hospitality, and residential construction projects across New York City. In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final deliverymanaging schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion across multiple job sites

  • Coordinate with the company president, subcontractors, clients, and office staff daily

  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation

  • Manage project schedules, deliveries, site installations, and subcontractor coordination

  • Track labor, materials, and job costs to maintain budget alignment

  • Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accurate planning and execution

  • Issue progress updates and reporting to internal teams and clients

Qualifications
  • 57+ years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and/or residential construction

  • Proven experience managing carpentry-heavy builds and interior finish projects

  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings

  • Previous lead carpenter experience in finishing and millwork highly desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (JobTread or similar)

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable balancing field oversight with office-based responsibilities
