• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects in coordination with field and office teams

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Assist in procurement, subcontractor coordination, and materials management

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety regulations

• Conduct regular jobsite visits and progress reviews

• Serve as point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors

• Support senior management with project forecasting and reporting

• Participate in internal training and development programs to grow into a senior leadership role

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial or government construction project management

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction project software (training provided)

• No specific licenses or certifications required, but a willingness to pursue relevant training is a plus
