Ultimately, a concierge contributes to positive social change and community development.

Community Liaison Responsibilities:

  • As a community liaison, you will engage with local fire department, police, EMS, assisted living, supportive living, senior services and centers, senior living house, vendor fairs, and other synergistic local businesses.
  • You will establish and maintain positive relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders, to ensure the organization is responsive to community needs.
  • You will develop and implement community outreach programs, workshops, and initiatives to promote participation and gather feedback.

Requirements:

Concierge Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with community members and team members.
  • Experience relevant to this role, preferred.
