About the Role:

As a Team Lead in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding a team of production employees to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet production and quality objectives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
