Location: Pittsburgh, PA & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $25+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, clogs, etc.)
• Electrical troubleshooting (switches, outlets, lighting)
• Drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry
• Basic HVAC maintenance (no certification required)
• Complete work orders using a mobile device
• Help with groundskeeping and common area upkeep
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for emergencies

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Capable of passing criminal background check and drug screen
