Position Summary:

The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Administrative duties - answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing.
  • Lab Duties - include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.
  • Patient Care duties – Coordinate patient care through the clinic: checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post-appointment service, monitoring the waiting room.
  • General duties – Ensure to keep patient information confidential and secure at all times.
  • Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A Team Player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative.
  • Open and accountable
  • Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic (including evenings and weekends)
  • Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset.
  • Experience with the EMR system Accuro and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, predominantly weekdays, with evening and weekend shifts required as needed to support clinic operations.

    The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
