Provides support for financial and/or clinical applications. Collaborates with departments to learn departmental procedures, investigate problems and identify solutions. Adapts to changes in technology, anticipates possible issues and enhances the use of current systems. Adheres to change control processes. Exhibits strong oral & written communication skills necessary to communicate with customers and coworkers to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects and resolution of problems in a timely manner. Contributes to the preparation of testing scripts and participates in testing for implementation, upgrades, and fixes. Performs unit, system and integration testing tasks. Maintains knowledge of functionality and updates to the system. Demonstrates/instructs functionality and/or advances in the system.
