Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations & Administration Associate for our office in the Netherlands. You will be the third member of our newly established Dutch entity, working closely with the Business Controller. This handson role combines administrative, coordination, and compliance support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks such as global insurance documentation, real estaterelated paperwork, financial invoicing, and corporate records management.
- Coordinate across time zones to align stakeholders, schedule meetings, track action items, and ensure timely followup.
- Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
- Maintain accurate corporate records and required filings, including KYC, UBO, and KvK submissions.
- Assist with internal reporting and process coordination (nonanalytical).
- Contribute to a professional, serviceoriented, and collaborative office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HEAO) or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadline
- Comfortable coordinating and communicating across multiple time zones
- Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is beneficial but not require
