This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive strategic people initiatives across a global supply chain organization. As Director, HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, shaping organizational design, talent strategies, and leadership development programs that enable operational excellence and business growth. You will lead a team of HR professionals, mentoring both your team and colleagues across the broader People function, while facilitating collaboration between Finance, Legal, and operational teams. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with direct influence over retention strategies, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, global environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable HR practices.
Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership within the Global Supply Chain organization, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals dedicated to supporting supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational goals.
  • Drive initiatives in change management, talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies to strengthen leadership bench and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and operational teams to solve complex business challenges and support long-term growth.
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to generate insights, inform decision-making, and communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of workforce matters.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, high performance, and accountability through coaching, mentorship, and talent development across the People team.
  • Support global HR operations and strategic initiatives, including international labor management, temporary staffing partnerships, and warehouse site openings or relocations.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in HR leadership or HRBP roles, preferably in global supply chain or warehouse operations environments.
  • Proven experience managing HR teams and driving people strategies across mid-to-large organizations, including start-ups and established businesses.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, leadership development, and retention of high-performing talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, global supply chain operations, including experience with temporary labor staffing, international EORs, and multi-site warehouse operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with HR technology and analytics to inform strategy, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making.
  • Exceptional business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Core competencies include strategic planning, people partnering, compliance, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
