We are seeking a professional, highly organized Optical Assistant to join our fast-paced Ophthalmology and Optometry practice in Laguna Hills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic medical environment.

This position combines optical support with administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn both the clinical and operational side of a medical practice.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with frame selection and optical services
• Supporting doctors and staff with patient flow and optical coordination
• Managing inventory, frame displays, and optical organization
• Providing administrative support
• Assisting with scheduling, communication, and internal coordination
• Maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for patients
