Accountabilities- Lead the visual and UX design strategy for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to execute design innovations.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee the design process from conception to execution.
- Ensure consistency and quality across the product's design language.
- Own end-to-end project management for high-priority design initiatives.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, user experience, or similar.
- At least 10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a design environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to solve complex design challenges.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
