About the role

  • EnerVenue is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will coordinate research and development activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and on-time project delivery. You will leverage your technical expertise in product development and manufacturing processes to inform decisions, manage expectations, and drive successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional development of advanced, low-cost containerized energy storage systems designed for high safety, long service life, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Define project scope, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Coordinate prototyping efforts, testing programs, and experiments to evaluate new product designs and deepen technical understanding.
  • Monitor and adjust project schedules, milestones, and targets based on evolving technical requirements, business priorities, or funding changes.
  • Maintain and communicate accurate project timelines, budget estimates, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Drive data-based decision-making and ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve critical problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Being agile and open-minded for quick changes.
  • Experience with 2D drafting and 3D CAD tools is a plus.
