Business Manufacturing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting GW Lisk’s digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives. This position focuses on analyzing business and manufacturing processes, configuring and optimizing ERP/MES systems, and leveraging data analytics to drive operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze business and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, customize, and maintain ERP (Infor SyteLine) and MES systems to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Perform database administration tasks on SQL and related environments.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights, Power BI.
• Implement data mining and visualization techniques to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, enforce best practices for data governance, and act as a data steward.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT integration and smart factory development.
• Provide technical support for deployed systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Ensure system security, access control, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT systems analysis, ERP/MES configuration, or manufacturing systems development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in BSIT, BSCS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, .NET, HTML, SSRS, and object-oriented programming. Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred), MES platforms, and API integration. Power BI for advanced analytics.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Customer-centric mindset with a self-driven, results-oriented attitude.
• Preferred: Experience with IoT, smart manufacturing technologies, and cloud-based solutions. Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies,
• Experience:
• 5+ years in business analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Infor’s SyteLine ERP system and its application in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with MES platforms and ERP system integrations.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 annual base salary based experience
