Qualifications
RS&H is currently seeking a Highway/Transportation Area Discipline Lead to join our Denver, Loveland or Colorado Springs, CO regional office!
As part of the infrastructure team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by managing a team that supports the successful delivery of large, complex projects, enhancing strong client relationships and growth of our portfolio, and driving operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables. This position will foster a diverse knowledge of appropriate discipline principles and techniques; oversee and lead the delivery of multiple, high-profile projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio; create an engaging and empowering work environment for the team; lead client relationship development activities and partner with client managers and business development teams to drive top line sales growth; lead the development and execution of win strategies for high-profile core business and critical pursuits; and ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 10 years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Colorado PE licensure with the ability to obtain comity in other jurisdictions as required.
- Capability of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.

Typical salary range for this position in Colorado is $160,000 to $205,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
