Accountabilities:

Lead complex recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized roles, aligning with organizational priorities.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging deep industry knowledge and talent networks.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
Mentor and support junior recruiting team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Oversee candidate assessment processes to maintain high-quality standards and alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage cross-functional recruitment projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across teams.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS and provide insights on trends, market dynamics, and best practices.

Requirements:

7+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting and advanced sourcing.
5+ years advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr Director and Executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools (LinkedIn), and advanced interview techniques.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in life sciences or clinical research recruitment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including project management and mentorship of junior team members.
Strategic thinker with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and legal/compliance knowledge in recruitment.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
