We are looking for a part-time Patient Relations Coordinator (PRC) who knows how to keep a busy dental office running smoothly while making patients feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and confident from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do
You will help create an excellent patient experience while keeping the front office organized and on track.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Answering patient calls throughout the day
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments
- Reviewing and documenting patient financial and insurance responsibility with 100% accuracy
- Collecting payments for services performed
- Managing the daily patient schedule
- Reaching out to patients due for treatment or hygiene visits
- Using scheduling tools to fill cancellations and past-due appointments
- · Following up on outstanding and past insurance claims as needed
- · Posting insurance payments and EOBs accurately
- Collecting past-due balances
- Supporting the team during morning huddles and throughout the day
This role is for someone who can juggle details, communicate clearly, and keep calm when the day gets busy.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning systems quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, service-focused attitude
- Team player who works well with others
- 2+ years of experience in a direct customer-facing role
- Dental office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification, posting insurance and EOBs required
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
