This role is centered on delivering complex banking transformation programs, with a strong focus on Temenos core banking solutions and large-scale system modernization initiatives. You will play a key role in leading and supporting end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and migrations across major financial institutions. The position requires deep expertise in Temenos T24 and associated banking modules, combined with strong consulting and leadership capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role offers exposure to strategic transformation programs such as core banking modernization and digital banking migrations. It is a highly collaborative consulting position where your technical and functional expertise directly influences critical banking system evolution.

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end Temenos T24 implementation and upgrade projects, including core banking modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across key T24 modules such as AA Deposits/Lending, Payments, Treasury, and Accounting.
• Manage and support system upgrades (e.g., T24 R23/R24) and migration projects across banking platforms.
• Oversee integration and interfacing using OFS, web services, and Temenos architecture components such as TAFJ/TAFC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure effective execution and governance.
• Provide leadership in client-facing engagements, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

• 8–12 years of experience in banking technology implementations, preferably within Temenos T24 environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end T24 implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of Temenos modules including Deposits, Lending, Payments, Treasury, and Accounting.
• Solid understanding of Temenos architecture including TAFJ/TAFC and integration mechanisms such as OFS and web services.
• Experience working in structured project environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-vendor project ecosystems.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Temenos certification and/or PMP (or equivalent project management certification) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
