About This Position
The Program Liaison supports the success, consistency, and quality of CodeCampus programs across multiple school sites within an assigned district or region. This role serves as a key connection between instructors, school partners, and internal teams, ensuring programs are delivered with excellence and aligned with CodeCampus standards.
The Program Liaison focuses on maintaining program quality, supporting instructor performance, and fostering strong relationships with school site staff. This role also provides operational support by monitoring program execution, reviewing timecards, and stepping in for coverage when necessary as a last resort. Providing coaching and support to instructors, addressing any disciplinary matters that may arise, and performing any other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
We are currently hiring for the following three (3) internal opportunities. Candidates must be available to work the assigned schedule for the position they are applying to:
- Lynwood (Morning Shift):
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Lynwood (Afternoon Shift):
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM - Lawndale/Rosemead (Afternoon Shift):
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursdays: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement
- Support program lead with performance observations
- Monitor program implementation to ensure alignment with CodeCampus curriculum and standards
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to instructors, including addressing performance concerns and managing disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies and expectations.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to instructors following observations
- Support instructors with classroom management and curriculum-related challenges
- Serve as a reliable, local resource for instructors across multiple sites
- Support onboarding and development of new instructors
- Review and approve instructor timecards for accuracy and compliance
- Address discrepancies, missed submissions, and policy adherence in a timely manner
- Reinforce expectations around timekeeping and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with school site staff and partners
- Communicate program updates, needs, and concerns with Operations and school stakeholders
- Ensure programs meet site-specific expectations while upholding CodeCampus standards
- Identify coverage needs across sites and help coordinate solutions
- Step in to substitute only when necessary to ensure program continuity
- Provide additional classroom support when needed, including co-leading sessions
- Maintain familiarity with all assigned sites to ensure seamless support
- Ensure materials, classroom setup, and overall program flow meet expectations
- Proactively identify and communicate operational challenges
- Partner with internal teams to implement solutions and maintain program consistency
- Previous CodeCampus Instructor experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel between school sites within the district and occasionally within the region
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
