About This Position
Description:
Purpose: The Install Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and logistical aspects of installations within the Replacement department. This role ensures that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to support the install department’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and oversee permits - start to finish
- Schedule pre-site & install dates
- Process financing funding after completion of install
- Order equipment
- Communicate with vendors on backordered equipment and time delays
- Oversee install calendar, adjust as needed
- Assist accounting with calling customers with past due balance
- Schedule city, county inspections
- Rebate processing for manufacturers and utilities and reporting
- Purchase and register extended labor warranties
- Register Installed Equipment
- Ensure installers are being dispatched effectively
- Record and track install hours
- Subcontractor Coordination
- Maintain price book for department
- Project Documentation and upload into Service Titan
- Identify revenue opportunities, customer issues, and inform managers.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by General Manager or immediate Supervisor
- Process payments after completion of install as needed (all payment types).
- Equipment entry on service titan with the collaboration of field supervisor and or install manager.
- Communicate with Install and Sales Manager all equipment related changes that our vendors have directly communicated to install coordinator such as equipment availability, equipment delays and or changes in costs of equipment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years' experience in Service Titan or similar software
- 2+ years’ experience in HVAC scheduling or dispatching role
