Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

This role is a foundational opportunity to build and scale a paid media function within a fast-growing, AI-first organic growth agency specializing in B2B SaaS. You will take ownership of paid advertising strategy and execution across multiple high-value client accounts, shaping how paid media integrates with SEO, content, and generative search optimization. Operating in a fully remote, distributed environment, you will work closely with organic growth strategists to build unified, performance-driven marketing programs. The role blends hands-on campaign management with strategic practice building, including defining frameworks, playbooks, and scalable processes. You will manage meaningful budgets, directly influence pipeline and revenue outcomes, and help prove the business case for expanding a new service line. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants ownership over both client results and functional development.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and performance of paid media initiatives while contributing to the creation of a new service line. You will be responsible for both executional excellence and strategic foundation-building, including:

  • Leading paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels for B2B SaaS clients
  • Managing full-funnel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes, including budgeting, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  • Collaborating with SEO and content teams to design integrated growth programs that combine organic and paid performance
  • Building attribution frameworks, performance reporting, and client-facing insights that connect media spend to business impact
  • Developing playbooks, SOPs, reporting structures, and scalable processes to define the agency’s paid media offering
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives through audits and proposals
  • Contributing to the hiring and onboarding of future paid media team members as the function scales
Requirements

This position requires a strong blend of hands-on paid media expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills, ideally developed in agency and B2B environments. You should be comfortable operating autonomously in a 0-to-1 environment while managing multiple stakeholders and complex accounts.

  • 4–6+ years of paid media experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or lead generation environments
  • 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with working knowledge of Meta Ads and additional paid channels
  • Proven experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and driving measurable performance outcomes (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing, including demand generation, ABM, and pipeline-focused strategies
  • Ability to translate campaign performance into clear, business-oriented insights for clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as GA4, GTM, HubSpot, or Salesforce is highly valued
  • Strong communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
