The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Provides psychotherapy services to mental health services. Keeps records and statistics relevant to psychological treatment. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.

Qualifications:

• LCSW Licensure required.
• Psychotherapy experience.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct assessments, participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and authorizations for care.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with referrals sources; facilitate clinical staff meetings, case consultations, and others reviews. . Assist with coordination for services to best meet client need.
• Participate in program development with BH leadership including QA and PI projects.
• Prepares and maintains statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agencies.
• Provide group and individual therapy.
• Provides Program oversite for clinical activities, ensure adequate coverage, and work in collaboration with BH leadership.
• Supervises social work students as assigned.
