Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines team.
• Assist with the management and issuance of insurance certificates requested by clients.
• Accurately and promptly process online payments.
• Review cancellation notices received from agencies, carriers, and premium finance companies.
• Prepare letters, binders, and general correspondence.
• Upload and maintain documents in the client’s digital file.
• Address client needs and provides consistent follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general customer service: answering coverage questions, processing changes, explaining payment plans, and more.
• Deliver high-level customer service at all times.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Account Manager or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
• Property & Casualty License (preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
