This is a high-impact, deeply technical IT engineering role in a fast-scaling environment where internal systems are treated as critical product infrastructure. You will own complex IT challenges end-to-end, combining hands-on engineering, automation, and systems design to build a seamless and highly scalable internal technology ecosystem. The role goes far beyond traditional IT support, blending infrastructure engineering, identity and device management, and backend development into one cohesive function. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to eliminate manual processes and design elegant, event-driven systems that improve productivity across the organization. At the same time, you will directly support users, bringing both technical precision and strong empathy to every interaction. • Own and resolve complex internal IT issues end-to-end, from initial diagnosis through to permanent, scalable solutions
• Design and implement automation across core IT systems, including device management, identity management, and user lifecycle processes
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems using APIs, event-driven architecture, and service-based components
• Contribute to the development of a scalable internal backend using modern programming and infrastructure tools
• Improve and automate onboarding, offboarding, and access management workflows to reduce manual intervention
• Ensure IT systems are secure, efficient, auditable, and aligned with organizational best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define and implement system-wide improvements
• Provide empathetic, high-quality support to users while identifying root causes and long-term fixes
• Drive innovation in IT operations by introducing modern tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and automation-first approaches

• Strong experience in IT engineering or similar technical infrastructure roles, with deep hands-on expertise in enterprise IT systems
• Proven experience with identity management (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace) and device management platforms (e.g., MDM tools)
• Strong background in automating system interactions using APIs, scripting, or integration frameworks
• Experience working with cloud-based, modern IT environments and distributed systems
• Familiarity with backend engineering concepts, including event-driven architectures, APIs, and service-based systems
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions from scratch
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to move from symptoms to root causes
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and user focus
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end
