Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Safety Manager to join our team! In this role, you will support safety initiatives and programs within regional manufacturing operations and provide support to Plant Managers. If you are passionate about safety and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and deliver safety training and materials.
  • Monitor safety-related computer-based training.
  • Assemble and distribute safety metrics/reports focusing on performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct safety audits and behavioral assessments, making recommendations to Plant Managers.
  • Track and ensure corrective actions from safety audits.
  • Ensure all safety and environmental compliance issues are current.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Environmental, Health & Safety compliance issues.
  • Assist in accident investigations and follow-up.
  • Mentor plant safety committees and chairpersons.
  • Work with plant leadership to promote ADS safety culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of safety experience.
  • Working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Climbing and crawling on plant floors and equipment.
  • Heavy travel (up to 60%).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong math and computer skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid OSHA & EPA knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
