The pay starts at $25/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Supervise multiple roofing production crews on large projects
• Responsible for working with other trades and general contractors
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the Site Manager
• Planning and executing a successful project

Candidate Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in new construction
• Prior experience working with general contractors
• 3+ year’s supervisory construction experience
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, & Coating Systems, preferred
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient working with technology and learning new technology
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Willing to travel out of town as needed
• Bilingual is highly preferred
