Job Description

Job Title: Service Technician

Position Overview:

The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting issues on-site or remotely, providing technical support, and ensuring all work meets company standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service and warranty work in the field.
  • Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness.
  • Inspect Installation.
  • Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations.
  • Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business.
  • Monitor installers quality of work in field.
  • Build relationships in the field.
  • Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information.
  • Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors.
  • Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Bathroom experience
  • Extensive plumbing experience
  • Results-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage process.
  • Action-oriented.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to read project plans and drawings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
