Experienced Dental Assistant – Fee-for-Service Practice

$26–$30 per hour
Monday–Thursday | No Weekends

The Dental Spa Devon is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fee-for-service cosmetic and prosthodontic practice on the Main Line.

Our office is focused on delivering exceptional restorative care in a professional, patient-centered environment. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented assistant who takes pride in their work and values stability, teamwork, and high clinical standards.

This is a consistent Monday–Thursday position and an opportunity to grow with a practice committed to quality over volume.

• Chairside assisting for restorative and surgical implant procedures

• Fabricating provisionals and assisting with cementation

• Digital scanning, radiographs, and impressions

• Maintaining sterilization and clinical organization

• Supporting a smooth, elevated patient experience

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred

• Strong restorative experience (implant or prosthodontic exposure a plus)

• Proven job consistency and reliability

• Comfortable working independently

• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Expanded functions training is welcome but not required. This role does not involve placing restorative materials.

• $26–$30 per hour (based on experience)
