Job Overview

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Ohio Fire Alarm License.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute complex service and repair tasks for intrusion, fire, access control, and CCTV systems with precision.

• Manage daily service schedules independently to ensure strict adherence to client response times and project milestones.

• Diagnose and resolve real-time technical hurdles on-site to prevent system downtime or security vulnerabilities.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of service reports and technical specifications to ensure complete project transparency.

• Serve as a primary field representative, upholding company values of professional growth and personal accountability.

• Minimize return visits by ensuring all installations and repairs meet high-quality standards during the initial service call.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the commercial electrical or security field.

• Proven expertise in servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV hardware and software.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret detailed project drawings, technical specifications, and wiring schematics.

• Valid Ohio Fire Alarm License and a clean driving record for site-to-site travel.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or advanced technical training in security systems.

• Previous experience managing field logistics and client communications independently.

• Advanced knowledge of specialized industrial control systems and federal security protocols.
