How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform comprehensive plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with journeyman-level standards.

• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues independently across both residential and commercial service calls.

• Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise system integration and code compliance.

• Execute specialized maintenance tasks including jet cleaning, grease trap servicing, and main line repairs.

• Operate advanced plumbing equipment and power tools to complete high-quality installations on schedule.

• Collaborate effectively with apprentices and dispatchers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Source material needed for repairs and install.

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to all company protocols and local regulatory codes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Journeyman Plumber License in Maryland, DC, or Virginia.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the plumbing trade.

• Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents, building plans, and piping schematics.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using a wide variety of hand and power tools.

• Physical capability to perform demanding fieldwork including heavy lifting and labor-intensive repairs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with basic welding and construction-specific plumbing installations.

• Familiarity with mechanical troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated history of professional communication and high-level customer service in a field setting.
