This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute high-impact people programs across the organization. As a Program Manager, People, you will be responsible for translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans, driving adoption of key HR platforms, and ensuring seamless execution of programs that support employees and organizational growth. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Finance, and IT, to deliver M&A integrations, learning initiatives, and centralized knowledge management. The position requires strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is remote but may include occasional travel and offers the chance to shape impactful people-focused initiatives across the enterprise.
Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of centralized HR knowledge repositories, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
Support M&A integration efforts by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and maintaining a People team integration playbook.
Translate business priorities into structured, actionable plans with defined milestones, risks, and success metrics.
Partner with communications and stakeholders to plan and execute change management for people programs.
Assist with planning and execution of performance, talent, and learning initiatives, including LMS rollout and adoption.
Provide project support for high-priority initiatives, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous or complex programs.
Act as a trusted partner and advisor across People and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Program Management, or related business operations roles.
Strong program and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Legal, Finance, and IT.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred: Experience with M&A integration, LMS implementation, HR systems, centralized knowledge repositories, and change management.
