The role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Russian market.
The role reports directly to the Head of Sales Russia/CSI & Middle East and will be responsible for the execution of local marketing plans and alignment with HQ Marketing.
- Coordinate all marketing activities for the Russian market.
- Act as key contact with HQ Marketing and manage updates of catalogues and communication materials.
- Support product demos and activities with local Ambassadors and Master Chefs.
- Organize annual masterclasses and promotional events.
- Conduct market analysis, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate daily with the Technical Demonstrator across Gourmet (priority) and Foodservice/FM channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all local initiatives.
Professional Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable marketing roles (preferably as Marketing Manager).
- Experience in the food industry and strong knowledge of the Russian market.
- Ability to work across both Gourmet and Foodservice/FM channels.
Language Skills:
- Native Russian speaker.
- English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Behavioral Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and problemsolving approach.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
Location: Russia
Working hours: Full time, 9:00–18:00
