TEI Hospitality (est. 2021) is a full-service hospitality management company dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful design, culinary excellence, and best-in-class operations across its diverse portfolio of properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all culinary operations across TEIH concepts.
  • Develop and maintain culinary standards, menus, and recipes that align with brand vision and guest expectations.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of food across all locations.
  • Willing to lead, mentor, and develop executive chefs and culinary leadership teams.
  • Oversee food cost control, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management to meet financial goals.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams on concept development and special initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Drive innovation through menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Strong knowledge of food quality, menu development, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate culinary teams
  • Understanding of food costs, inventory, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work across multiple locations as needed
